6. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data is stored for the period required by the processing purpose and within the periods required by legal storage obligations:
• Active user accounts: Until account deletion
• Inactive accounts: 2 years from last activity

• Communication records: 3 years
• Data requiring legal obligation: Periods stipulated by relevant legislation
At the end of these periods, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.
7. Your Rights under KVKK & GDPR
Under Article 11 of KVKK and GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Learning the purpose of processing and whether used appropriately
